Can I add an item to my order?

We understand that sometimes you may want to add more items to  your order, however once an order is submitted, we're unable to change  it. If you'd like to purchase more items, we recommend placing a  separate order.         

Can I make any changes to my order?         

We aim to process and pack your order as fast as possible which  means we're unable to make any changes once you've placed an order.  However, you may be able to cancel your order and place a new one  instead. Please contact us and we'd love to see how we can help.         

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?         

Unfortunately we do not take items for exchange or refund.         



How long does it take to process an order?         

Once your order has been placed it may take up to 48 hours for  your order to be dispatched. If you place an order on a weekend, your  order should be processed the following business day. Please note this  can take longer during sale or busy periods.         

How long does it take to receive an order?         

Standard shipping for $10.00. Whilst most domestic orders are  received within 3-5 days, please allow up to 7 business days for  standard delivery depending upon the time of purchase and your delivery  address.  

Express shipping for $15.00. Whilst most express deliveries are  received within 1-2 days, please allow up to 4 business days, depending  upon the time of purchase and your delivery address.         


If you live in WA, NT, certain areas of QLD or remote rural areas, you may need to allow a few extra days for postage
